Author, cook, and Pearl River Mart creative manager Christine Wong will be launching her newest cookbook, The Vibrant Hong Kong Table: 88 Iconic Vegan Recipes from Dim Sum to Late-Night Snacks (available for preorder). She'll be in conversation with Pearl River Mart President Joanne Kwong and will present small bites in partnership with Kimbap Lab.
